Default How many carbs are in an oz of merlot?
I have to watch my blood sugar so I would like to know which of your wines have the least carbs ( sugar )

Hi again Larry,
You really need to get to a dietitian and a diabetes ed class.
Alcohol LOWERS your blood sugar.
Moderate drinking is fine.
Make sure to eat when you drink and check your sugars often.
