Default If I make a foot scrub with red wine, citric acid, olive oil and salt...?

And I store it in a air-tight container..will it mold?

Even in an airtight container it might because anaerobic bacteria may be present. You could sterilize the mixture with heat to kill the bacteria (pasteurize it) but that would cause the alcohol in the wine to evaporate. I'd just make a month's worth at a time and then you won't have to worry about it.
