Commercial grape juice typically is made with concentrate. Would it not be more interesting to drink a pinot noire or cabernet grape juice rather than just "red" or "white"?
Any ideas?

I don't know if I agree with J. Juice from newly harvested grapes is VERY sweet, not bitter. It's super sweet stuff that ends up turning everything sticky by the end of the day during harvest. And yummy too...

I just noticed the other day in our Whole Foods a brand of grape juice called First Blush, or something like that, that's selling pastuerized wine grape juice. Cab and Merlot and Chardonnay...I don't think they had Pinot Noir. Pinot Noir grapes are fetching too high a price right now to turn them into just grape juice!

yes ... a good vintner would taste his must (juice) often in the fermenting process.
