Default Can you make your own "wine" with regular store bought Apple Juice.?

Ok i was told if i buy like an Apple Juice like from the grocery store. Poke a hole in the top and leave it outside that it will in about 7 days have the capacity to intoxicate someone. Does this work is it True???
