Is there a Microsoft/Windows software like the Mac Parallel or Wine so i...

...can run other apps on it? I need it for w microsoft xp so i can run other os software on a windows pc.
I need it for microsoft xp so i can run other os software on a windows pc. I need it to be free or somehow i can get for free
