Opening a liquor/wine store?

I have always wanted to open a liquor/wine store. I did some research on the different ways to go about doing this but I was hoping that someone on here knew about all of the details.

Can someone please explain to me in utmost detail everything that has to happen before you are up and running? IF you could do this I would MUCH appreciate it.
