Default Like a glass of wine, (red)or two, but not to excess. Decent price, but find...

...it reacts on me.? Get heartburn, acidity.Occasionally drink a white spirit. Not same reaction. Do I give up drinking red wine ,change to spirits,or white wine Only drink certain brands/vintages or from certain countries. Or give up drinking ?Any suggestions ?

Red wine is made using the skin of the grape as well. It contains many more "sulfides" then the white. Try to find a red that has low sulfides (organic wine tend to have less) and you won't have as bad of a reaction. Its an allergy.
