You could try meade. It is fermented honey. Or apple jack, hard lemonade.
There is a web site for everything...try to find a site that tells you how to make balloon wine. Get a balloon for each of your bottles...and go from there. I made some one time from wild fruit called agerita. It was not worth it as I ended up with about 200 tick bites and became ill with fever from allergy to them. It was not a pretty sight to have my husband pick all those ticks off me either.
I especially like to blend juices that will give a unique taste. One batch was cranberry, currents and apple...it was knock your socks off good.
Save yourself the trouble and use juices. Be sure to use depectinizer enzyme to keep pectin from forming a protein haze...it is really ugly to drink cloudy wine. Ask at a liquor store, many carry the supplies like yeast that you will need.
Follow the direction that you find on line...do not try to cut corners especially with sanitizing the bottles and supplies. Good luck and have fun drinking your wine!
