Default can you make a country wine based on a meat?

i have recently started making country wines and was amazed at the vast amount of fruits, veggies, flowers, leaves and other stuff on which many recipes are based i've even read about a roman fish wine but couldnt find the recipe. i have not however found a recipe for a wine based on meat such as pork, beef or chicken etc.

Does anybody know if this is posible or even have a recipe i could try?

the roman fish wine you refer to was actually a type of fish paste and used to cover the smells of often badly stored meat dishes, apperently it stank to high hell ,but was still better than the smell of the meat and never ever heard of a wine based on meat ,you will only end up with gravy..AHH BISTO!

As a wine maker you are well aware of the fermentaion process (sugars in fruit or other plants converted to alcohol). Animal meats do not contain the sugars needed, but proteins and fats. You would end up with a rotten sludge. Maybe the Romans pickled fish and drank the brine or used it as flavoring.
