Default Spicy foods and Riesling?

Went to a German Riesling tasting this weekend. Does anyone have any good appetizing spicy recipes to share that I can pair with my Riesling? Thanks

Buffalo wings. Brush wings with olive oil. Bake at 350 F for about an hour or until done. Meanwhile, melt butter and add any sort of Louisiana hot sauce, such as Durkees or Trappey's. Mexican hot sauce like Chalula also works great. (Tabasco is too concentrated for this dish, though.) When wings are done, dunk them in the sauce and serve. It's traditional to serve celery with bleu cheese dipping sauce on the side.
