Default Pinot Grigio or Pinot Gris??

Fresh crisp Gris or lush seductive grigio. What would you like???
Of course I know it is the same grape varietial, But there are differences in the the terrior (earth), the heat and wine making processes that change the character . These factors have vast differences between France and Italy.
