I will be drinking them both.

Man! Don't you have a Red Zinfandel or a Cabernet lying around somewhere? No pinot grigio? Nothing else?

Well then, drink the Merlot first, because pink wine is disgusting. Once you polish off the Merlot, you won't notice how vile the White Zin is.
