I acidentally picked up a bottle of White Merlot last night instead of my usual White Zin. It tastes really good, but I can't decide which one's better.

It depends on the mood you are in at the time. I think they are equally good. Try either wine chilled with a nice bubble bath w/ candles lit and jazz playing in the background. make your decision then.

I prefer white merlot. It is less sweet but not dry, fruity and has more flavor. Neither would be the choice of a wine snob but drink what you enjoy.

white zinfandel is much better~~~`!!!!

They are both in the "Kool-aide" class of wines.

zinfandel is fruity..merlot is a dry wine which leaves more of a bitter taste in your mouth.
