It was originally stored in a cellar, lying down, in it's cardboard sleeve. It's now lying flat on my bedroom floor - where it's coolest, and still in it's sleeve. Bugs have eaten about half of the label - but mostly on the back label.

That depends completely on how it's been stored and cared for.

I seriously doubt that it's worth a great deal. If you did sell it, and the person who bought it told you it was vinegar, would you give the money back?

Why not just grill up a couple tenderloins, pop it open and enjoy what it brings to your taste buds.
