Default Is the wine Carneros Pinot Noir 2004 better or the 2003 Marimar Estate Pinot

Noir better? what about Louis Roederer? Which wine is the better one of all three? (taste, price, etc.)

I am partial to the Carneros.
But remember, much of this is personal taste.

Carneros is the region from which the grapes come from. You didn't name the vineyard. (There are LOTS of Carneros Pinots)

The Marimar has a couple of different varieties; Russian River Valley, and Green Valley Don Miguel Vinyard. I don't know anything about them.

I'm just really a dabbler in wines. But your question got my attention because I just got a bottle of Muirwood Pinot Noir Arroyo Seco that's highly rated and just $14.99 at Total Wine. Check it out. (Also Dominican Oaks or Liberty School are good if you like cabernet.)

I'd go with the Marimar...brands are similar and the extra year should help
