Reds should be room temp. I know a friend that likes reds chilled, do what you want with your wine.

How do you like your wines? Do you like them slightly chilled or slightly warm?

Some wines are better tasting cold, or chilled a few minutes before serving. Mulled wines need to be warmed to bring out the flavors of the spices added to an already yummy wine.

Wine is a personal thing. Drink it the way you like it.
